My stock appearing (whitewalls and column-shift) '57 Bel Air that runs high-11's thru the quarter, would blows the doors off that new E46 M3 pulling that hill ... in a straight line of course. :) And that new 800+ hp Hennesey Viper in the latest mags would do the same to my '57, since it (supposedly) can run a high-9 1/4 mile iwth slicks. And those National Muscle Car Association (NMCA) street legal cars that run 8's could blow off the Viper. But ... now we're talkin' VERY marginal street cars, and must enter the "Race car only" domain. But again, this can continue until you achieve Top Fuel dragster or Formula 1 status.

See ... There's always someone quicker!
