ordered a 2001 coupe have any real clue as to what the instrument panel will actually look like: gray dials, M5 like tach (yes or no), chrome bits. The MCoupe at the NY Auto Show did NOT have gray dials, if you look the the BMWUSA site and look at the M roadster's interior the dials look almost white. At the dealer I saw a 2001 3.0 coupe that had the steering wheel rim the same color as the (red) two tone, very sharp but not shown on the BMWUSA site.

Anyone know for sure?

- not yet, but only two weeks or so to go. i'll post pictures as soon as i take delivery. it's on the way to VPC right now (already on the road), due there on the 18th - hey, that's friday! ;) maybe a week more after that...


PS I can't believe how many of us bought this car sight unseen, car undriven....

yeah, but most are VERY familiar with the previous generation, and changes are very few outside the BIG one. this is a CULT car, and cults work on FAITH ;)
