they are sold here as kit cars only, so if you can register a kit car in your state there should be no problem. in addition to the standard british options the importer is working on a 5.0L ford v8 and bmw k-series bike power. i'm getting the hayabusa-powered lightweight one (about 900lb, 175hp).
