1/4 Mile times 2000 vs. 2001 M Coupe (archive)

While participating in the 2001 Car & Driver One Lap of America, we ran a 1/4 mile drag race in Michigan. A brand new 2001 Silver M Coupe was in attendance and I was competing in my 2000 M Coupe. The results in the 1/4:

2000 M Coupe 13.913 @ 100.35MPH
2001 M Coupe 13.89 @ 101.43MPH

One word of caution, this was my best time (2000 M Coupe) verses only what I saw him run on only one occasion. He only ran twice, so... Just thought you all would like to know. For picture of the event go to:
