Here's the rundown:
1. The washmit is awesome. It actually takes up about 99% of the junk on the car, if you keep it clean. Of course, this is am I sure partially due to the cleaner, which works as good as most of the bug and tar stuff you buy at your local auto parts store.
2. The clay bar, not so sure about. It did take up some visible stuff, and you could definitely feel the surfacing getting smoother. However, I think this is a once every year, couple of years deal at best. High quality cleaner and washmit got most everything.
3. Hand Polish. Did seem to take out minor scratches and hazing. An awful lot of work though.
4. Griot's Best in Show wax. Best I've ever used. Makes the Oxford Green look deep and wet. Of course, that will last about 2 days. Damn dark colors.
5. Rubber dressing. This stuff is great. Gives the tires a clean, black look, not the wet look of armor all. Randy, this stuff does wonders to the black spoiler and trim too. Check out wwww.griotsgarage.com for it.
6. "Speed Shine" -- they claim this is some sort of intermediate cleaner to get bird shit and other stuff off quick. Also, used as a lubricant for the clay bar. Not sure how well this works yet.
7. Interior cleaner. Works better than anything I've tried before.
8. Leather cleaner/conditioner. I think I'll stick with Lexol on this.
Also polished (no effect) and waxed the wheels. We will see if this helps keep the brake dust down.
