i'll know more later this week about ETA.

this is an addition to the stable. the elise is a keeper unless all goes terribly wrong. i'm very bad at selling cars, always lose too much. besides, i don't look at cars as 'assets' anyway - couldn't enjoy myself on the track if i did. if things did go wrong, i would honestly sell the house first and move back to an apartment (some nice places downtown have 2-car garages, and could rent storage space for 'overflow')...

in the meantime i'll probably get a 'storage lift' for the garage to stack the loti.
