I wasn't simply talking about a cop following you around. In that case, a citizen's arrest is not a good idea to try.

An example I used in a previous post a few days ago was a friend of my dad's pulled over a cop for failing to signal multiple times. And he actually took it to court, and won. The cop was fined (and probably laughed at by fellow officers!)
