LOVE the video, dp ... That was quite a long slide you took! He didn't mention it, but dp told me he came to rest within 3 feet(!) of a retaining wall! Whew! ... And it was fun having a front row seat of RoyL’s great save coming out of that chicane! Sure didn’t seem to slow him down any. :)

It was interesting to be able to compare the street vs. track Kumhos. RoyL did his damndest to stay ahead of my V700s, as evidenced by his slight oversteer moment. :) You could see in a couple of the corners that it was easier for me to hold a tighter line. But ... considering the cost of the street Kumhos, they're still a pretty impressive tire.

For those of you that have not been on a road course with your Coupes, I strongly recommend it. It’s the only place to safely (and legally) find out the limits of these cars. And ... you’ll be amazed what those limits are. These cars are so damn much fun … and their domain is a road course!
