Possibly both CT and TX, unless they have reciprocity in which case it'll be TX.

Your insurance is likely to require a TX title if that's where you live.

3) Do I need to pay Texas taxes when I bring the new car immediately to Texas?
Probably yes

4) Does Spartanburg delivery change/complicate things?
Yes. You have at least 4 southern state's speed traps to get through. Also, are SC temp tag valid in TX?

5) Should financing be based on TX or CT?
Does not matter, but your ins. company may care.

6) Will my Texas based financing be good in CT?
I don't see why not.
