'01 coupe & roadster under body cover: Jacking (archive)

As posted earlier the new coupes and roadsters come with an underbody cover. It mounts to the front axle support (Through the center holes of the x-brace) and goes back just behind the back of the tranny.
I normally jack up the front of the car using the front axle support which is now covered with the plastic cover. If you try jacking on the plastic cover the jack will slide right off. I cut out an area of the cover exposing the front axle support. Will make up a removable plate to cover the cut out.
