Pop open the interior diagnostics port. Loosen the AMP connector and slide out of the way. You can fish your hand around to the back of the gauges to make sure the lights are seated into the gauges.

The passenger side gauge is fairly easy to reach, the middle gauge is a pain and the driver side is almost impossible. Hope its not the driver side gauge, heh.
