Well I can't doubt that they used 1 peice of software for a certain car. The boys in Detroit have 1 copy of everything I'm sure. It's easy to run 3D with Crystal Eyes classes. All software from Alias Supports stereoscopic. Remember, believe none of what you read, and only half of what you see. (so don't believe a word I'm saying -- laff)

Actually, I have spare copies of Maya, Studio, DesignStudio, and AutoStudio all over the place, including about 10 dongles... I just don't have the ability to generate the license, and I have no idea how to crack the flexlm/globetrotter encryption.

BTW, a perfect example of Studio use is in EVERY single Rollerblade. They use Studio from start to finish. They scan in an sketch, build the curves in 2D in studio, then build the 3D, and take it strait to the mill. It's a really neat process. You can have a new design in about 24-48 hours if you really bang it out.
