Just got finished installing this combination this weekend, so not much road time yet. But, so far I can say that there is better road feel but the ride is definitely not what I would call "harsh". I chose this combination because many other m coupe and roadster owners have recommended it. I wasn't looking for major lowering although this did lower the coupe a little. Just hoping to get rid of some of the lean, squat, and dive, plus improve handling over bumps. Cornering seems flatter, traction over bumps seems better. I can actually feel the bump up and down rather than feeling it up and then feeling a momentary loss of traction. So far I am pleased.

I stuck with the stock shock mounts but added Ron Stygar's Z3 shock mount reinforcement plates to the rears so that I could reverse the direction of the bolts. That way I will NEVER have to dismantle the entire back interior of the coupe to get to the shock mounts again. What a major PITA!!
