Request Spare tire specs, please (archive)

Does anyone have the specifications on a spare tire solution, ala kwillmorth? It seems he has the answer, but I've searched the database and found only partial references to this, and have not been successful emailing the fellow.

Apparently, the best solution for the M Coupe involves using a Porsche spare wheel (I don't know which one), a tire which may or may not come with the spare, and an adaptor called H&R adapter is # 50795725-716, but I don't know what H&R is or where to find it.
