Dealer drilled 2 holes on my bumper... (archive)

I was thinking of getting rid of my front plates, took the plate off and started to remove the black plastic piece when i noticed that the 2 top screws were drilled right thru the bumper. I can't believe the dealer did this.

Anyone here have this horrible experience? If so what did you do?
