They have their own language they use in court. Little things that tell the judge something without saying it. He has you dead to rights, pay the ticket, go to school, whatever. It's only your word against the cop, the judge will side with the cop. You could hire a lawyer, but the cost of that far outweighs the fine. Swallow your pride, lick your wounds, get on with your life. Going to court will only be a frustrating waste of time.
