Go to court, the last two tickets I've received in SoCal I won in court. One was running a stop sign which I really did not run. I took pictures of the intersection an proved the cop could not see if I stopped or not.

Do the BMW bikes speedo read high as the cars do? Does the CHP calibrate the speedos? Try to find the specs on the bike he was riding. Get that info and take it to court with you. If he does not bring a calibration report from a CHP tech you may win. BMW cars are I think up to +10mph off or is that +10%
