Well, technically they could say an aftermarket exhaust contributed to the failure of an engine and get away with it couldn't they? The exhaust system is designed to have a certian ammount of backpressure there (for valves and so forth), so if you mess with that you could be asking for trouble from the dealer!

Either way if you ask me, if you run into a problem, and definately don't want to chance it with the dealer, put the stock exhaust back on before you go in!
