I am leaning towards your advise at this time.
Since this is my first time ever going to court for any reason... I have no idea what kind of scene to expect.
When do I say not guilty?? and doesn't this mean that automtically another trial on another date??
I would really like the idea of lowering my fine as much as I can and just go to school and get out. I am total rookie in this thing... any baqsic outline of procedure you can share will help me to prepare tremendously.
