2. Break the law and drive over the speed limit so you would possibly get ticketed.

Or maybe you didn't know this before.

Go ahead and tell the judge you think getting caught going 82 in a 65 zone at 1:40 AM is unfair. But have a good answer ready should the judge ask what you think is fair. And be sure to tell the judge that the police and courts have no right to ticket, try and punish/fine you because you have the right to ignore any law you think is unfair.
