How are the wheels holding up on '01? (archive)

Haven't heard much about wheels "corroding" on this year's model.
Does that mean that the M3/M5 finish is holding up ?

If so, does that mean that 3 of the biggest gripes have been solved? (Rear window leakage, Sunshade & wheels corrosion)!
