If the sunroof is deleted, how much weight will that save?

I can't say from weight (if any), but you lose .9 inches of headroom.

How much weight can be saved by replacing the stock seats with GT3 (or similar) seats?

Moves you out of stock class (SCCA). The weight savings are probably minimal, but the increase in comfort and holding could/should be amazing.

How much weight can be saved by installing SuperTrapps?

About 60-65 pounds. (Yes, I still haven't weighed the old exhaust system.)

Anyone save any unsprung weight by replacing the brakes or wheels? How much weight?

Changing brakes (other than pads/fluid) will move you out of stock. Changing wheels is cool, as long as you keep the dimensions +/- .25 inch offset. My wheels are about 8 pounds lighter a corner than stock, and I've seen lighter wheels than the Kinesis I have.

Good luck!!

Of course, I think your mistake with the Porsche was getting a Cab. A Targa or a Coupe would have been tighter. I would still love to see what I could do with a C4 as an autocross car, if I put the work into it that I've put into the Coupe. The Coupe is doing fine...
