"Anger blows out the candle of the mind."
Now, follow the advice your Z3 buddies offerred here: Buck up your courteous, well manered and temperate, but firm, issue to the next higher supervisor.
Write a letter to the Chairman of the BMWNA group (Mr Purves?) copy to your dealership and everyone else at BMNA you spoke to. Indicate the cc: on the letter to Mr Purves.
In the BMWCCA Roundel magazine there are several Omsbud'people' cited: Try to enlist their support.
Good luck and remember to keep your cool!
I just want to kick the rear of the rep i spoke with on the phone. He goes you have no choice but to accept the offer of your dealer for me to pay half of the cost of the rims for something that they blantely said is a factory defect thats not covered under warranty and that their offer is a goodwill on the dealers behalf. this has made me crazed especially when he is rushing me off the phone and telling me to quit complaining. screw him and bmw na, i'm fed up with their disciminatory remarks and ethnic pushovers. my rims look like sh** and they tell me that there is nothing i can do about it.
someone please save me from this nightmare.
