Ben was right to give you a range, because it does matter greatly what type of setup it has vs. the time in the 1/4. Active has what I would classifly as three turbo setups. Their stage one will put a M3,(not M coupe) in the very high 12's, low 13's. Their better stage two is mid 12's.,(these are averages, not what one person with x stage was able to attain) Once you get more boost than that, there is no set number. Sure, they have a M3 running in the 10's. But is that anything we would run on the street? No. The M coupe that is shown on their site is near 400 at the wheels,(he sometimes posts here), and would likely dip into the 11's in the quarter mile. For their basic 7.5/8.5 psi setup, I would guess an M coupe will run in the 12.5-12.7 range, possibly lower. I base that time on supercharged Coupes running in the low 13's.
Currently there is only one Active Autowerk M coupe. There are several Mechtech kits on M roadsters and I think a few M coupes, but none of them have drag raced. The Mechtech kit would put the M coupe in the low 13, high 12 second range. This is all assuming stock,(ie what the maker intended), boost. The big problem with the Mechtech kits are their reliability, or lack of. Every owner I have talked with has had their turbo off for work, or had problems with boost. That led me away from the company.
Hopefully this gives you the range you were looking for. The M coupes should be about .2-.4 seconds faster than a given M3 in a 1/4. The gearing is in their favor. However, there are M coupes that are driven gingerly and will be slower than a similar M3 that has been driven hard,(OBD II adaption).
