The Mobility System did not work. I was very attentive to the instructions and the puncture was very small. It filled up the tire with some white goo, but did not really harden until much later. No less it got me to a gas station. Now, my wheel weight is off-balance and I have to get it cleaned out or get a new tire.

Kwillmorth - thanks for your solution. A friend of mine has a Boxster with the 911/996 18" rims that fit stock - so I think the offset and all that stuff is correct. My guess is that the spare is universal for Porsche.
