'99 M Coupe A/C Problems (archive)

Has anyone experienced any a/c cooling problems with their '99 M Coupes? I live in Dallas TX & have noticed that the a/c does not cool the car. The problem is more apparent when driving around town at lower speeds. On the highway, it will keep you cool but only if you have it set on the max settings. The car does have tinted windows.
