I like the C-Coupe, but then I like hatchbacks also. Sure, the handling characteristics of the car aren't as sporty, but I don't believe it's trying to be a true sports car. As far as comfort, I'd suspect it's a comfortable ride.
I'd definitely buy one just to driving around town, to work, etc. I wouldn't bother trying to Auto-X it or take it through a romp in the mountains.
Mercedes has always struck me as a car focused more on comfort and amenities. BMW strikes me more as performance oriented.
The C-Coupe price, though, is a bit high, especially when you can get a Subaru WRX for the same money or cheaper. Then again, the WRX is more performance oriented than comfort oriented. It's also not as pretty looking.
