I could have sworn i saw a place selling the GT3 seats for around $2300..i'll have to check my last issue of Excellence...not that i would get those even though they are cool...

i was thinking along the lines of the Sparco Evo 2, Evo or Rev seat...this and incorporating a proper harness....

back from the shop. I will be posting a long writeup about it soon.

Suffice it to say, if you dont have a lot of cash laying around, dont do it.

Fitting any seat into a coupe os not an easy task, and is even less easy when it is not a simple racing shell/bucket.. I almost paid more to have my seats installed then I did for the seats in the firts place.

But I will post an all-inclusive recount of my trials and triulations soon.

BTW: The recaros that come in a GT3 are about $3500 a piece. I have seen a set of them on Ebay for something like $4500 for the set.. VERY cool looking, but not practical for someone driving a "cheap" car like an M coupe.

anyone fit aftermarket seats in M-coupe? sparco, etc?

i was thinking something along the lines of sparco evo2...
i'm drooling over the seats in the porsche GT-3...
