BTW, 300 Kelvin is less than body temperature.

I had a CPOed car with 7K miles, but I took it in after about 400 miles. Leith BMW denied that there was a clutch problem. I took it in 2 more times to Leith, at about 10K and 12K miles. Again, even after I took the service rep AND the technician out and showed them the slippage, they denied the problem.

Finall Performance BMW in Chapel Hill tested the car for 10 seconds and said it was fried. Now that 5 months and 7K miles had passed, BMWNA was being an asshole about covering it. I had to pay for the part, $390. This was all Leith fault for not admitting the problem shortly after I bought the car (from a 3rd dealer, incidentally).
