M coupe vs M3 (archive)

I'm really sickened by the wait on the M3 and how my dealership treated my allocation(wanted $4k over msrp after we agreed on MSRP..JOESELF BMW Wichita, KS sucks)Anyways, found a dealership that is willing to work under msrp for an mcoupe. I love the looks of it, the only inconvenience would be the back seat. I carry a 10yr old brother around alot, would he be able to sit back there*giggles*? I'm guessing it wouldn't be safe, but if need be.. would he be able to? Would the mcoupe pull away from an m3 at say around 70mph? whats the top speed, understand that it only has a 5speed? thanks
