Give one to the manager of the dealership, service department manager, service rep & Regional rep from BMWNA.
If you take a strategic approach & ask for the moon, you will find that they will be accomodating in resolving your issues.
Harder said than done...but remember to keep your kool. They will be more willing to satisfy you that way!
