One of the greatest things about BMW service centers is that they need a 100% satisfaction grade. If one customer isn't happy with the service then BMW can take away their service center license and cost the dealership a lot of money. They will be very happy to fix your problem as soon as possible. Just go in and talk to them. They will make a deal with you.
