As far as supercharging, I have already spoken with Dinan. They stated that it would be a minimum of 6 months before a production kit is developed. Right now they may go with a roots style blower rather the centrifugal.
My advice is to go supercharger. First, it seems like the only type of kit that will be produced for the M. It is also easier for street use, so unless you plan to make your m a pure track car, this wil be the easier driving of the two. Nothing sucks worse then to be in the apex of your turn just when you are hitting max boost on your turbo(say goodbye to the rear depending on your boost).
I would love to go turbo, however we are going to go sc personally.
Goodluck on your endeavors, and let us know if you personally find anything else we haven't researched yet.

Does anyone know of anyone who makes a turbo kit for the 2001 M Coupe, or if anyone knows what turbo will fit on an M Coupe (Greddy, Garrett, Trust, etc.) The only shop i have found that will do a turbo kit is located in Florida and I need to find one out in So California. Does anyone out there have a turbocharged M Coupe? How does it handle, do I need to beef up the suspension in order to compensate, and also, what kind of boost pressure do you run? What can the engine handle?
Any help on any of these questions will be greatly appreciated.
