In order to delay our return to normal life as long as possible, we spent a few days in Lake Lure, North Carolina after Homecoming. There were two routes to get from the main highway to the B&B where we stayed (Ivivi Lodge). The recommended one was about 10 miles of moderate road. The other route was 6 miles of extreme hairpin curves. Guess which one we used.Great place to stay, and lots of things to do in the area.
This was the first long road trip we had ever taken the coupe on, and I was really happy with the way it performed on these great twisty NC roads. Florida roads really suck by comparison )O:
