My Steel Grey Metallic/Imola Red 2001 M Coupe will be produced on Friday 9/14/01. Hmmmmm...I hope that old adage of 'never buy a car built on either Monday or Friday' does not hold true in my case.

The conventional wisdom had it that the line guys were hungover on Monday and ready to party on Friday. That meant that a Wednesday-built rig was the one to buy. Of course I heard that about Detroit-built iron over 30 years ago so we shall see ;>)
