wow!! just went to your web site too... thanks so much for having the behind the wheel video of your M coupe. I just test drove a '99 Imola Red with Beige interior (not my desired interior) this weekend, but didn't get much in the way to do for a test drive.

Unfortunately I live in Oakland, CA and the Berkeley BMW, (Weatherford BMW) is surrounded by a lot of traffic and uninspiring roads. The dealer took me on a pot holed two lane high way, right next to I80 on the San Francisco Bay. Although scenic, I didn't get much of a chance to "drive" the thing. Plus, I don't think I had it in first adequately for a first couple start outs.... but hey, I was sure impressed with third gear!!

I think I am just a few more months away from going ahead and getting my first "sports car" ... or finally the kind of car I've always wanted. As I don't need a car for commutting, and the girlfriend has the Lexus sport ute, my M coupe (when I get it) will just be the weekend joy toy and pampered with love.

I have a couple small bills I need to get behind me first, but I might as well wait and get the interior color I'd like. Maybe a nice used coupe will show up soon.

So, I'm uprgrading from a '96 Honda Civic DX coupe. I think I'll have a lot to get used too.....but your videos were like an extra test drive and footage I haven't been able to find any where else.... LOVED it.and thanks so much.
