It might be your camera that is shaking. With the built in stabilization of the camera, you could even see the hood going up and down over bumps, but never see the camera shake. Never had it shake on me and the suction cup attachment is on there very well. It even has been used in several shots in a local film being done my way.

I personally hate the I/O mount. Every time I used it, I had camera shake. I was hesitant about using a solid mount to my HMS bar, but it proved groundless. They will custom drill the hole to whatever size you want, and the quality is top notch. Plus, it is only $80, much cheaper than the I/O and other competing mounts.
