Yea I read the radar test. It has many errors. The Valentine One has all the features indicated except: Text Display; 'Digital' Strength meter; Voice Alerts; and Tutorial Mode. The Valentine One has 16 programmable features, he seemed to miss that.

I wrote the tester with these facts, he failed to respond.

I have nothing against Passport/Escort. I owned one once, till it became outdated. The Valentine One does not become outdated since it is the only detector you can send back to the factory and have it updated (for a fee).

I'll tell you how good the Valentine One is. I sold my seven year old one for $350 on Ebay (the age was fully disclosed on the Auction). Try that with any other detector.

Finally, in eleven years I've spent $450 plus shipping on two V1. Now thats value.
