The top of the line units from Escort, Bel and Valentine (One unit only), have very comparable sensitivity, response and range. All of them are invisible to Radar Detector Detectors.

I have the Valentine One and love it. The directional information is priceless(well not priceless but at least worth a few tickets) in my opinion and I wouldn't buy another style.

As far as jammers go there is only one system available in the U.S. that is proven to work very well for X and K band (none work for Ka) and that is the Phantom RCD.

The Blinder works well for lasers. There are legal issues on both so do a little reasearch before you purchase a jammer. With Radar they will know they are being jammed. With laser it just causes a delay in the reading, they will still clock you but it will take longer.

Here is a site that sells both jammers. (I have no affiliation with them and have never bought a product from them)
