Forgot about this article, found it on someone else's site. Shows a "spy" pic of the car with the top up. Looks like it most likely is plastic.

However, don't forget that we do get a hardtop as part of the package.

Plus, part of this article says that there was rumor of someone making an aluminum folding hardtop, prolly similar to the Kompressor SLK. But from others who have sited the car, looks like it's going to production with a soft top.

: I have heard conflicting reports on the rear window of the Z8. I have heard some say "plastic" a la the Z3, while others have said "glass". Does anyone have a definitive answer as to what the rear window is made of. Needless to say plastic would be out of the question on a car of the Z8's calibre. Thanks in advance for the info.
