Anyone know if European Delivery is Possible?? (archive)

I just remembered that a dealer told my friend who was looking for a 3 seris, that you could pick up a car in europe and ship it over yourself and they said it was also a little bit cheaper. I was just wondering if anyone knows if this would be possible with the Z8. I just want to buy direct and not deal with the greedy dealers. I am guessing that it is probabily not possible with Z8 because of its limited numbers but it does hurt to try.
