Yes, planned for release in 2001. You can have a look at the first spy photos which I already saw in the German magazine "auto, motor & sport".

In the early days yes, but I would consider the Porsches as reliable as any other engine, if not even better

I don't think one could generalise - it is depending on the car/manufacturer. Especially the Porsches are very smooth and reliable meanwhile so you should not feel a big difference to a normally aspirated engine with the same hp
