That was for Z8 Bob, who I agree w/ BTW. Just had to mention @ 911's std safety equip. Interesting thing @ crash suitability. I love Lamborghinis designs, and they're almost all coupe's, but they look scary in terms of getting hit in the side, esp. or poss. the front, but def. not in the rear. But that's all based on my perception, and not comp gen ratings/ results. Which i've never seen on a Diablo. The Z8 anyway, would prob fare much better than most of these cars I am seeing over here in Japan in any accident. Remember how the door sounded being closed by Pierce Brosnan in TWiNE w/ Denise Richards. Terr. part, but still, WOW! I read the Z8 had excellent crash ratings w/ 4 a/bags, that imm. w/shield, those 2 tall sep. r/bars. And w/ Mhz ratings more solid than most sedans, (not the M5, prob.) I would think you are better off. For the few that can afford it, they need to be protected, even though they will make full use of all that DSC + other High/Tech hardware to avoid any damage to that beautiful car
I drive a Sylvia 180 w/ turbo here in Japan and Chrys. TC by Maserati w/ turbo back in Phoenix. So I can only dream @ the Z8, which in fact I do quite often. This is an awesome site I just discovered today! Which I will be revisiting.
