I placed an order, to see if they could deliver (hell I would have bought anything they could deliver at MSRP). Here was the response:

"The dealer states these cars are selling at $30K over invoice, where we only
have it at $15K over invoice. Needless to say, this car will be pulled from
our website and I will have to close your order. The car is also not
available for at least 2 1/2 years in our dealer network. I'm glad you at
least gave us a look in regards to this BMW. Your deposit will not be
charged. I will go ahead and close out your order.
