The magazine is based here in the US. Most bookstores carry it. There was about 10 Z8's here in the US for the press fleet. They were only here for two weeks though. I only had the car for one day, but I spent my day in the canyons. So I did get to feel the cars handling ability. I have to say the car didn't feel as heavy as I thought it would. It was very nimble for the size and the weight of the car. Where I was driving there is a few tight corners the cut back and forth. I could pitch the car one way the just snap it into the following corner. That is where I noticed just how stiff it is. Really worked well. I have spent a lot of time in Porsches and I must say a Porsche cab isn't even close to as stiff as the Z8. Plus the torque of that motor is nice. It pulled strong in every gear. You don't have to waste time shifting; you can just pull the gear. For a few of the pictures I was sliding around a corner that was a fast sweeper, I could set it sideways about 60 mph and keep it there for about 100 feet. Car has the typical BMW feel with a perfect weight distribution. I did have fun in the car; it just isn't my style of car. I am on the cover on the new BMW Power. The article is the one that ran in European Car mag. Shows some of the burnouts etc. Sorry if I couldn't give you more feed back. I drive so many cars it gets tough breaking down each of them. My experience is mostly a motorcycle road racing background, so most cars sort of leave me a tad bored. Not saying I don't enjoy driving them, but nothing feels better then dragging your knee around 140mph corner. My choice of cars is Ford Cossies, Skylines, M3's, etc. I don't think you can go wrong buying a Z8 if you have the money. Plus it wasn't hard getting looks in the Z8. Hope I could help.
