I am not an attorney either but I agree with Eldred, if you paid consideration and have an agreement in writing, I would not hesitate to enforce it.

I have bought and/or referred dozens of cars to my dealer. They know that they could never make enough on one car to make up for the lost business by screwing me or any other good customer over. The people who should pay 100% of the FMV for the car are "walk-ons" who have never patronized the dealer before, and are unlikely to in the future. The real pains in the ass get 110%.
