YES AND NO..
The top itself is fully automatic. you have to manually remove and replace its cover, ala a Z3. The one retro feature I do NOT like about the car.

Is the top operated remotely (By the key)?

I DO NOT KNOW. I HAVE NOT READ ANY LITERATURE THAT SAYS IT DOES.

Does the car have a rain sensor?
