Don't think so. MSRP in Germany is €103k + tax and in Europe we don't have this overheated market as you do.
Additionally, the new Ferrari Spider already is released and the MB SL and Porsche Turbo Cabrio are about to be released (and they all are by far better than the Z8, technologically spoken) so not many people over here care very much about the Z8 any longer.
As I mentioned before, personally I would never ever pay a single cent above sticker.
