It seems to be a French company, so we may assume it is about the official sticker price.


Also, how can they sell it tax free? Who paid the VAT?

sales tax is always paid by the buyer g. In fact, if the car is for export and they have a European sales tax ID they can sell tax free and the buyer must pay taxes at the duties.
