...twenty more? Studies show that One unhappy customer can cost a business twenty+ customers. Most auto dealerships have traditionaly sought the greenback over anything else. Maybe this and the internet are why manufacturers want to get rid of dealerships and allow the customer to buy direct from the factory such as Audi and VW do in Germany. Porsche AG has tried twice to cancel dealership contracts only to be rebuffed by dealers threatening legal action. But the writing is on the wall.
